Hypnosis is a natural state. You are in hypnosis daily, while reading a good book, watching a movie, daydreaming, or driving to a familiar destination without having to think about it.

While you are in hypnosis you are awake and in control. Even though you are very relaxed, you are still able to respond to questions and will not do or say anything that you are not comfortable with.

During hypnosis, we access your inner, subconscious mind where your habits, beliefs, and memories reside. Think of me as your guide, shining a light, so you can access your subconscious mind where wonderful transformation can take place. We bypass the critical, linear thinking of the conscious mind so we 
can transform.

Hypnosis is similar to meditation, it’s like having a conversation with your eyes closed. You will continue to think thoughts and still be in hypnosis. Most people feel relaxed, and some will feel sensations in their body. Each person is unique, YOU are unique, and your experience will be unique for you. We know from the outcomes of study that we can have a 38% improvement with traditional Psychotherapy after 600 sessions. With hypnotherapy, we see a 93% improvement after 6 sessions. The level of transformation is up to you. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I look forward to working with you. Just by being here you have already taken a step towards your personal transformation.
